Our People Our company comprehends 102 people who work with us on a permanent basis. All of them have their own professional profile and consequently a different employment contract: some of our collaborators are engineers in charge of managing a number of specific projects with functions related to different job orders, others work in the company management, or in the technological development field, in business administration and strategic development. Our company profile is mostly characterized by a high rate of post-graduates and professional people including 47 engineers, 11 architects, 4 geologists and 13 surveyors plus 5 experts from other disciplines, such as humanities, contributing to define SPM’s spirit. A spirit that has two different aspects - the first one is the centrality of its professionals and of their skills, and defines a strongly integrated network, in which work is carried out horizontally with relations and responsibilities that are more functionally than hierarchically defined.
